Directions using the Glenhove exit from the M1 South/North
- Take the Glenhove exit from M1. (Turn right into Glenhove if
you are travelling on the M1 South and left if you are
travelling on the M1 North).
- Travel up Glenhove (which changes to Bolton Avenue*) - you will pass over the traffic light at Oxford Road (McDonalds will be on your right hand side).
- Cross over the traffic light at Oxford Road
(McDonalds will be on your right hand side).
- After Oxford you will pass three more sets of traffic lights
(Cradock, Bath and Sturdee).
- Keep to the left of Bolton and take the first left turn after Sturdee - this is Dudley Road.
- IMBEWU is located on the corner of Bolton
Avenue (service road) & Dudley Road.
Directions from Sandton / Randburg
(North of Johannesburg along Jan Smuts Avenue)
- Get onto Jan Smuts Avenue from William Nicol Road or Republic/Bram Fischer/Conrad Drive (you will be travelling in a southerly direction).
- Follow Jan Smuts Avenue and after the junction between Jan Smuts and William Nicol you will pass five sets of traffic lights (Bompass, Jellicoe, Tyrwhitt, Walters and Bolton Avenue). We recommend that you do not travel up Bolton to reach our offices because of the difficulty in turning across oncoming traffic travelling down Bolton.
- The traffic light directly after Bolton Avenue is Wells Avenue (there is only the option of turning left into Wells Road, from Jan Smuts, from the direction in which you are travelling.
- Turn left into Wells Road.
- Follow Wells Road and turn left into Dudley Road (the third
road up from Jan Smuts).
- Follow Dudley Road until it meets Bolton Avenue – IMBEWU is on the corner of Bolton
Avenue (service road) and Dudley Road.
Directions from the Johannesburg City Centre
(South of Johannesburg along Jan Smuts Avenue)
- Cross Empire Road onto Jan Smuts Avenue travelling in a
northerly direction.
- Follow Jan Smuts Avenue – you will pass the JHB Zoo and
Jan Smuts will become one lane.
- The first set of traffic lights that you reach while Jan Smuts
is one lane is Wells Road. There is only the option of turning
right into Wells Road, from Jan Smuts.
- Turn right into Wells Road.
- Follow Wells Road and turn left into Dudley Road (the third
road up from Jan Smuts).
- Follow Dudley Road until it meets Bolton Avenue – IMBEWU is on the corner of Bolton
Avenue (service road) and Dudley Road.
